Pre-Construction Services
Architectural design:
Site analysis, schematic design, floor plans and elevations, renderings, soil engineering and reports, mechanical and structural engineering and plans, Title 24 calculations, and more.
Interior and Exterior Design and Planning:
Development of Design Book, interior/exterior finishes, hardscape design and finishes, landscape design and plants; material selection and sourcing, and more.
Permit Expediting:
Obtaining all city/county permits and clearances.
Value Engineering and Budgeting:
Working with soil engineers, structural engineers, and mechanical engineers to come up with cost-effective solutions while not sacrificing the design and construction quality.
Construction Services
General Contracting:
Building all structures per approved plans and permits. Managing all subcontractors, ensuring their agents, and employees are adhering to all construction documents, processes, codes, and efficiency standards.
Procurement:
Ensuring all materials and contracts are ordered and delivered in a timely manner, while coordinating between various trades, deliveries of equipment, materials, and supplies.
Quality Assurance:
Conducting internal inspections for each and every trade; providing peace of mind with 10 Year warranty.
Furniture and Furnishing Design:
Upon the completion of construction, complete the design of your house by having our design team choose all furniture, furnishings and equipment. ** Add-on service.
