How much do your homes cost?
At Better Living we custom design every home to the clients unique lifestyle and family needs, therefore our home's price points are difficult to assume.
How long does it take to build a Better Living® home?
Every custom home we build will have a unique timeline based on the clients specific scope of work. For reference only, we allocate 4 weeks of conceptual design, 12 weeks of architectural and structural design, 20 weeks for local building department permits, and 40 weeks of construction activities. Total time from project commencement to completion is 19 Months.
Is my deposit refundable?
Your deposit goes directly toward the job and is refundable up until the design session. If you go through the design process and decide not to move forward, you would lose the deposit. This covers the initial hours and work our team invests in your project.
