Background: Mario Ramirez is the visionary Founder and CEO of Better Living Construction & Development, bringing over 10 years of expertise in design and construction management. A Los Angeles native, Mario's career began with a focus on residential interior design and construction management, allowing him to build a deep understanding of the homebuilding process. In 2021, he founded Better Living with a mission to create homes that embody safety, comfort, and beauty in the most sought-after neighborhoods of Los Angeles. Mario’s commitment to exceptional quality and customer service has been the driving force behind the company's success.‍

Role: As a Managing Director of Better Living, Mario is actively involved in every stage of the home-building journey, from the initial design meetings to overseeing critical construction milestones. His hands-on approach ensures that every project reflects the highest standards of craftsmanship and client satisfaction. Mario holds a California State Contractors License (B – General Building) and is certified with the National Association of Home Builders and the National Association of the Remodeling Industry. He is also EPA-certified for safe lead practices and OSHA-certified, continually enhancing his skills to deliver exceptional results. When not working, Mario enjoys fitness, traveling, and spending quality time with his family.
